This is the third phase of a complete renovation of this four-story, 78,000 SF elderly housing facility. Our services included a complete lobby redesign, an addition for administrative space and secure records storage, new finishes in all public areas, and restroom upgrades to comply with accessibility requirements. Also included were mechanical and electrical upgrades and enhanced entertainment areas for residents. Planning included creation of temporary office spaces to allow the building to remain occupied during construction.
