RFS Architects provided design and construction administration services for this project which provided a new three-story 55,000 SF addition and renovations to the interior offices and exterior façade of an existing two-story fully-conditioned indoor self-storage facility. Special design considerations for the site included zero lot line construction of the addition and elevating the new structure to comply with city resiliency requirements for the flood zone. The project was completed in 2019 with a construction cost of $4.6 million.
