Pierce Aluminum Renovation

RFS Architects provided architectural design services under a design-build contract for an overall renovation of an existing 38,000 SF commercial warehouse and office building. The scope included retrofitting the existing metal roof to install a single ply roofing system, complete renovation down to the studs of the existing office space, and replacement of metal wall panels.
