Architectural and engineering services were provided for the design and construction documents of this eight-story, 120,000 SF concrete frame structure; a three-story wood frame structure; and a two level pre-cast parking structure. The project included 61 luxury condominiums, 20,000 SF of commercial and retail space, penthouse recreation area, and 200 parking spaces. RFS Architects worked with the City of Portsmouth and Portsmouth Redevelopment & Housing on this project.
