The project involved the renovation of 2,000 SF of existing space located on the 3rd floor. The new space consists of a lounge, custom bar, service areas, and restrooms. RFS Architects provided project programming, design development, interior design, graphic rendering, and preparation of construction documents for the complete renovation of the Chrysler Hall VIP Lounge. The project included asbestos abatement, demolition, new finishes, new fixtures, new lighting and new multi-colored LED accent lighting.
