RFS Architects provided architectural & engineering design services for the renovation of an existing 12,353 SF Customer Service Center for VADMV. The scope of design services included demolition, space planning, interior design, custom casework, exterior EIFS repair and re-surfacing, repairing & painting the existing metal roof panels, construction documents, and construction administration. The project also included re-paving of the existing parking lot. As an agency owned building, DEB approval was required with multiple interim submission milestones.
