RFS Architects provided architectural & engineering design services for the demolition and build-out of an existing 7,200 SF vacant building for use as a new DMV Customer Service Center. Design work included demolition, space planning, interior design, custom casework, relocated restrooms, finishes, roof shingle replacement, civil, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, construction documents, and construction administration. As an agency owned building, DEB approval was required with multiple interim submission milestones.
